1.力矩電動機使用前應(yīng)該檢查電動機外表是否完善無損傷，有無受潮的現(xiàn)象。

2.檢查電動機的銘牌數(shù)據(jù)是否符合要求。

4．力矩電動機應(yīng)該按照其結(jié)構(gòu)形式正確安裝，電動機的軸伸直徑出廠前已精磨至標(biāo)準(zhǔn)公差尺寸，因此要求用戶所配套的皮帶輪或者其他配套零件的內(nèi)徑尺寸一定要按照國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)推薦的優(yōu)先配合公差進行磨削或者鉸削加工。安裝時，用手推入或用榔頭輕敲至軸伸臺即可，嚴禁用錘猛擊，否則將損壞電動機的零件，造成電動機不能正常工作。
